It is our hope that no disagreement shall arise, involving you and Abbakin; however, in the event there is a controversy, claim or dispute, you agree to waive questions of jurisdiction and all disputes brought by you shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Nigeria.
