What is YouWiN! Connect
The YouWiN Application Portal now YouWiN Connect is a multimedia based re-launch of the YouWiN programme of the Nigeria Federal Ministry of Finance.
The programme commenced under the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
YouWiN Connect aims to support young entrepreneurs as they PLAN, START and GROW their businesses, by providing Enterprise Education, Funding, as well as access to technical and consulting services.
The objective of the programme is to promote entrepreneurship, job creation and wealth creation via enterprise education for young Nigerians.

The YouWiN Connect Application Requirements
- All applicants must have post-secondary school qualification.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 40.
- Applicants must be Nigerians and resident in Nigeria.
- Applicants businesses must be domiciled in Nigeria.
- Applicants must be able to communicate effectively – e.g: speaking and writing in English.
- Applicants must be willing to attend all training and mentoring exercises organized by the YouWin programme.
- Applicants must not be an employee of the Nigerian Civil Service.
- Previous YouWiN awardees are not eligible to apply.
How to Register for YouWiN Connect Program
Since YouWin is an empowerment program that is set up to create jobs for the ever increasing Nigeria young population. The Federal Government of Nigeria has not included any price for Youwin form or its registrations.
The YouWiN Connect Application for 2017 was opened on July 24 and it is free.
Application closes August 30th, 2017.

How YouWiN Connect Registration Process Works
The YouWIn Connect application process requires that you first write a business plan indirectly by answering some questions related to your business.
Hint: You must have a viable business idea in mind or have started the business in question before you can get cash from Youwin Connect Program.
After you successfully submitted your online application, the facilitators then select the most promising businesses ideas or business ventures across different sectors of the economy from the 6 geopolitical zones.
These selected applicants are then given online business training, mentoring and seed funding – up to the tune of
N10 Million Naira only!
Note, the best part of the YouWIn Connect initiative is that it is a Federal Government Grant, and you will not be required to pay the money back to the government.
If you want to pass through all these stages of the YouWin! Business Competition, then ensure you have good business plan.

If you think you are qualified and ready for this struggle, first, do not register through alternative sites, especially those that would demand for money.
Visit the official YouWin Connect website get more information on how you can start your registration processes. To avoid being disqualified, do not provide multiple registrations on the website.
While registering, there is an option that auto-save your online registration details, so you can come back in future days to complete your application form.
Please note that all saved business plans that you don’t get submitted before the closing date will not be considered. Again, you will need to register via a valid email address where your activation key would be sent to.
You will also need some important documents such as a scanned copy of your valid means of identification, e.g national identity card, drivers licence or voters’ card.
If you are a registered company, you may be required also to provide and upload some of your business information and scanned copy of documents like the CAC Certification, the RC Number, office business address, etc.
